No appointment necessary, however, please come when you have 5-10 minutes to wait while we go through your items. We will give you back any items we cannot use.

Items we can use will be on the floor for 60 days. You will receive 40% of what they sell for. Most items are not returned if they do not sell after this tome period. Exceptions can be made by management’s discretion for designer items.

Money can be picked up in cash or used as in-store credit.

We take women's brand name clothing and accessories.

Items must be clean and free of any odor, stains, or defects.

All items must be folded and put in disposable bags; please no hangers or tubs.

All items must be pre-inspected before you bring them in. This includes checking every item for stains, tears, missing buttons, broken zippers, pillage, and any kind of odor such as mildew, pet dander, and cigarette smoke.

Shoes and purses must also be clean and free of dirt and scuffs.

We will not go through your items if they are not folded and ready for the sales floor.
